Need professional sound and vision without the full production crew? We offer a range of equipment packages designed for smaller meetings, parties, or community events.
We take the hassle out of hiring equipment. Because we use professional-grade systems (like passive PA speakers), we deliver, set up, and test the gear for you. This ensures everything is patched correctly and safe to use, so you can just plug in your playlist or pick up the microphone and go.
Is this option right for you?
Choose "Hire & Packages" if: You need a simple PA for speeches, a TV for a slideshow, or some mood lighting. You are comfortable running the content yourself.
Choose "Technical Production" if: You require lapel microphones (which require an operator), complex video switching, or have multiple presenters.
Equipment set up for simple plug and play use. We have systems designed for low budget events when you dont need an operator.

* PA Systems: Robust professional speaker systems. We set up the amplifiers and speakers to ensure optimal sound for your room size.
* Microphones: Professional wireless handheld microphones.
* Please Note: For quality assurance, lapel/lavalier microphones are only available with our Technical Production service.
Visual Displays
TV Screens: 75” Monitors on neat, professional floor stands. Ideal for digital signage, simple slide loops, or boardroom presentations.
Atmosphere Lighting
Wired Uplights: Transform a boring hall or office space instantly. We place wired LED uplights around the room to wash the walls in your brand colours or a warm amber glow. (Requires access to power outlets).
How It Works
1. Request A Quote:
Let us know your event date, venue, and the package you require.
We will provide an itemised quote including the equipment hire, delivery, and setup fees.
2. Secure Your Booking. To lock in your gear, we require two things:
Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
Paperwork: You must sign and return our Hire Agreement & Waiver prior to the booking confirmation.
3. Final Payment:
We like to keep the event day stress-free. Full payment is required 1 week (7 days) prior to your booking. This ensures that on the day, our focus is purely on setting up your equipment.
3. Delivery & Setup:
Our team arrives at the agreed time to bump-in, set up, and test the system. Since the paperwork is already done, we simply hand over the system to you, ready to use.
