Streaming and Recordings

Expand your reach beyond the room.

Bring your event to a global audience. Hybrid and virtual events allow you to include presenters and attendees from anywhere in the world, ensuring no one misses out.

Whether it is a standalone webinar or a broadcast-quality add-on to your live conference, we provide reliable, high-definition streaming solutions that integrate seamlessly with your event. We focus on the technical integrity of the stream, ensuring that your remote audience feels just as engaged as the people in the room.

Our Streaming Pillars

1. The "Broadcast" Audio Mix: Great video is useless without great sound. A common mistake in streaming is sending the "room mix" to the internet, which often sounds distant or echoey to online viewers.

  • Dedicated Mix: We create a separate audio mix specifically for the stream. This ensures remote viewers hear the presenter’s voice directly and distinctly, separate from the sound in the venue.

  • High Fidelity: Just like our live events, we prioritise speech intelligibility, ensuring your message lands effectively on laptops and mobile devices.

2. Multi-Camera Production: We don't just point a webcam at the stage. We use professional broadcast cameras and vision switchers to create a dynamic viewing experience.

  • Professional Optics: We use high-quality cameras (including PTZ and IMAG kits) to capture clear shots of your presenters.

  • Picture-in-Picture: We integrate your PowerPoint slides or videos directly into the feed, so the online audience sees the content in high definition, not just a camera shot of a projector screen.

3. Hybrid Connectivity (Remote Presenters): Need a speaker from London to present to a room in Sydney? We handle the technical "handshake" between the venue and the virtual world.

  • Seamless Integration: We bring remote presenters onto the main screen using platforms like Zoom or Teams, managing the audio feedback loops (mix-minus) so they can hear the room and the room can hear them without echo.

4. Program Record vs. Highlights: It is important to understand the product we deliver.

  • The Program Record: We capture a high-definition recording of your event. This is a clean, real-time capture of exactly what happened on screen (switching between cameras and slides). It is perfect for internal archives, training resources, or on-demand replay.

  • Note on Creative Videography: Our service focuses on technical capture and live broadcasting. If you require a cinematic "sizzle reel," highlight edits, or marketing videography, we can recommend our trusted specialist partners to handle that creative scope.

How We Work: The Streaming Process

Streaming adds a layer of complexity to an event. Here is how we manage risk.

1. Platform & Purpose: We determine where your stream is going. Whether it is a private Zoom link for staff, a dedicated Event App, or a custom webpage, we configure our encoders to match your chosen platform.

2. Venue Capability Check (The Internet): The most critical variable in streaming is the internet connection.

  • Hardline Preference: We strongly recommend a dedicated, hardwired ethernet connection at the venue for maximum stability.

  • Backup Solutions: If a hardline is not available or fails, we utilise portable 4G/5G internet backups to keep your stream live. We assess these options during pre-production to ensure we have a robust plan B.

3. Content & Assets: Just like a TV show, a stream needs structure. We work with you to prepare "Holding Slides" (e.g., Event Starting Soon or Lunch Break) so your online audience isn't staring at an empty stage during breaks.

4. The Live Stream: On the day, our Technical Manager (the same person who planned your event) is onsite monitoring the outgoing stream health.

  • Monitoring: We constantly monitor audio levels and stream stability to troubleshoot any internet fluctuations immediately.

5. File Delivery: Once the event is over, we provide you with the unedited files (MP4) of the recording.

  • Handover: Depending on the file sizes and your budget, these can often be handed over on the day via portable drive, or delivered via cloud link within 48 hours.
