Even Coverage: We configure our PA systems and foldback monitors to ensure sound is distributed evenly, aiming for a consistent listening experience from the front row to the back.
2. Visual Management & Content Support: Visuals are the anchor of modern presentations. We focus on getting your content onto the screen smoothly and reliably.
Pre-Event Validation: We aim to receive your content early so we can check formats and aspect ratios before the doors open. This allows us to flag formatting issues or embedded media problems while there is still time to address them.
Seamless Switching: Using professional vision switchers, we manage the transitions between your slides, video playback, and live camera feeds.
Screen Configuration: From projection to LED walls, we set up and align display systems to ensure your audience has a clear line of sight.

Continuity & Familiarity: We believe the person planning your event should see it through. Your SETS AV contact who handles your pre-production will be onsite on the day. Even if they aren't the one pushing every button, you will have a familiar face in the room who knows every detail of your brief, ensuring nothing is lost in translation.
Redundancy: We don't rely on luck. We pack backup laptops, spare microphones, and additional cabling as standard practice to mitigate technical failure.
Calm Under Pressure: Our operators are experienced with the dynamic nature of live shows. If a run-sheet changes or a technical variable shifts, we adapt quickly and calmly to keep the show moving.
4. Dynamic Lighting: Lighting sets the tone and directs the audience's attention.
Stage Wash: We ensure your presenters are properly lit, creating a professional look for both the in-room audience and any camera recordings.
Atmosphere: Using LED uplights and moving fixtures, we can help brand the room in your corporate colours or create a dynamic atmosphere for awards and entertainment.
How We Work
1.The Brief & Assessment: It starts with a conversation. We need to understand your vision before we talk tech.
The Scope: We gather the key details: Is it a Gala Dinner, AGM, or Conference? What are the dates and venue?
The Audience (Pax): We determine if we are covering audio for 50 people or 500 to ensure consistent coverage from the front to the back.
Site Visit: Whenever possible, we conduct a site visit. We check access points and integrate with equipment already onsite (like house projectors or screens), ensuring you don't pay for gear you don't need.
2. The Proposal (Your Roadmap): We don't just send a price list; we send a comprehensive event solution.
Transparent Gear List: A detailed breakdown of audio, vision, and lighting so you see exactly where your budget is going.
Visual Value: We explain why we have recommended specific equipment, ensuring you understand the value we provide.
Crewing: The specific technicians required to run your show, from audio engineers to camera operators.
3.Confirmation & Pre-Production: Once you are happy with the proposal, we lock it in.
Booking: We require a 50% deposit and a signed agreement to secure your equipment and crew.
Content Collection: This is where we ensure the show runs smoothly. We provide you with our Presenter Information Form and Run Sheet Templates.
Presenter Prep: We gather details on "Walk-up Music," slide aspect ratios (16:9), and even offer advice on presenter clothing for microphones. We check all media files well before the event to avoid last-minute glitches.
4.The Event: On the day, we arrive early to set up, test, and rehearse.
Bump-In: We allow ample time to set up and test all systems before your guests arrive.
Execution: Our team manages the technical production live, ensuring seamless transitions and professional delivery.
5.Payment & Terms:
Standard Terms: To keep our rates competitive, our standard policy is Balance Due 5 Business Days prior to the event.
Account Holders: Post-event payment terms (e.g., 7 days) are available for approved regular clients and partners.
